i think he was ref to a boeing 747 .cant see any car doing 500k with out a serious rebuild

I think Tiff was talking about the LS400 not the GS300.

Very difficult for the series I to do that mileage because the coolant change schedule wasn't frequent enough which is why you see radiators and head gaskets fail over 120k.

coolant change you say (scribbles frantic note) where from how much (as in quantity) but that motor does look very tidy

It would be interesting to see if the service book is filled in with exactly the same colour pen as well.

On a slightly different subject, the is a 97 Sport in the Trader with history, 10X18 rears, HPI clear and an LPG conversion for £3795.... and thats in Liverpool as well.
