Just bought a '02 Windom and although i like the looks of it, im not too keen on the standard alloys. Tried looking for some pictures of modified new shape ES300/Windoms, but can only find the old shape.

Anyone with any webpages to give me ideas on how my car could look?

Easiest way is to look on teh US LOC site which has a few members with rims.
One of the moderators over there has a 02 with 18 inch rims , StevieJ
