My alloys are a little bit etched.. the shine is no longer and the alloys feel rought... I would like to cleam them with wonderwheels but says on the packet not to use on damaged alloy wheels...
Is this gonna ruin my wheels? The wonder wheels an acid of some sort?
Cheers Guys

Wonder wheels is not suitable for wheels with damaged lacquer. As the acid will dull the bare aluminium, you can repair this damage by poilishing but it can take some effort & time. I like Halfords own brand of wheel cleaner for general cleaning, this does not seem too harsh.
