What about Sat Nav & Mark Levinson - Standard on SE-L?

Any info on pricing yet? Where did you get the above info?
Steve ( West Mids )
Media pack (SAT Nav etc. ) is option on the SE-L it's quite a bit more, prices are from the horses mouth and are available on GOLD, since they are not in the public domain yet - they are not being published on here. If you have ordered one "IS250 (soon )" I would have thought your UK dealer could give you some unconfirmed prices.

OK thanks I'll speak to the dealer. BTW, does the media pack inc. Mark Levinson, or is the media pack simply Sat Nav + Bluetooth?
Thanks for the info anyway....
Steve ( West Mids )
Media Pack includes Sat Nav, 7 inch screen,Mark whatsit 14 speaker system, 5,1 surround sound, 6 dvd changer, bluetooth and rear camera so I beleive. But it should do for that money. Not sure if there is the option for screens in the headrests otherwise you will have to park up to watch the DVD according to UK law.

p.s. let me know what the dealer says on prices.

And basic common sense, of course.

The most obvious differences between the old IS200 and the new IS250, other than their engine capacities are:

o IL-6 (better :) ) engine vs the new V-6 :crybaby:
IL-6 config is inherently more stable and offers more grunt at higher RPMs.
There is a reason why BMW stuck to IL-6 engines for the longest time.

o Double wishbone suspension setup for front and rear (better :) ) vs the new
IS-250's rear-only double wishbones, with the front relegated to multi-links. :crying:

o Hydraulic power steering (better :) ) for the IS-200, vs the new electric power steering.
