i recently went to the mechanic and he told me to change the air conditioning filter in the cabin. i was wondering where i could buy one and how to install it?
the antenna is also broken it no longer goes up and down is there a quick fix for that too ?
i have a 1996 es300

Try some WD40 and free the aerial yourself, keep working it and see if that helps. As for the filter, you're local dealer should be able to provide a replacement.

I would suspect its pretty easy. Mine in my IS is behind the glove box. Ask the dealer where yours is located and I bet its about a 5 - 10 minute job.
