Guys...i'm after a bit of advice ,on who to use as my gas and electric suppliers, at the moment i have separate companies London Electricity and British Gas, neither offer a good deal to go with as a duel fuel customer, who do you guys use and are you pleaded with their service.

Thanks in advance :winky: .

I'm with Scottish Power - to be honest not had any issues so not sure what their customer service is like!
Bobski
Im with BG on dual fuel.

But after hearing Scottish Power pretty much stating that prices will go up, im wondering if it is worth changing.

BG apart from saying the increase of %14 have also put up a noprice increase till 2010 offer.

So.....do i change to scottish power and hae prices frozen till 2007. or take the BG price hike but know that its safe till 2010.

i used U-switch for comparison.

Yes, i had a look on U-switch , the cheaper prices seem to have poor customer service, the one with a 5 star rating was Southern Electric, but i've never hear of them ;) .
I'm currently with BG and London Energy, if i go dual fuel with one of them, (better the devil you know), it seems London Energy do a better deal.
Next question, Gordon Brown as been making noised on the TV about looking into Petrol, gas and Electricity prices...not sure if that means he going to DO something about it ... or just have a LOOK  !
I'm finding it all a bit of a mind field, no matter what supplier you choose, their all going to go up in price. … they have to, that or go bust.

I'm with SWEB (dual fuel), although I live in Scotland... I found that due to competition rules etc it is often better to get a supplier outside your own area.

Also, sister-in-law works for Scottish Power...she says never get into credit with them as they are murder to get money back, in fact she in general does not have a lot good to say about them..especially customer service.
