I was trying to find a decent price for the 30,000 mile servicing of my Lexus IS200. I live in Lincoln, so after phoning / emailing around and using this website for guidance, I came up with a short list of three:

Nottingham £212
Hull £160
Grimbsby (service centre only) £118.

Guess who won?

I must ensure I credit Mikaela (hope the spelling's right) and Tracey for their customer service while I waited for my car, not only did they ensure I was comfortable, had plenty of tea / coffee and a paper to read, but their professional manner that they used whilst dealing with other customers was a joy to witness.

So to sum up, Lexus Grimsby was amazing value for money and is highly recommended. Easy to find as the sat nav guided me all the way, what a wonderful car and company!

Yep can agree with you there, went to see them myself about the alloys been replaced under warranty 1 was kerbed with abit of corrosion 1 was quite bad and the other 2 hardly noticeable.
Mikaela ordered a fulll set of refurbs straight away no hassle at all.
Also while i was there got a quote for a 4yr/40,000 service £228.
