I used the m6 toll road yesterday for the 1st time (in my van)
very impressed, not much traffic and nice smooth road

was telling somebody that i had used the toll road and they said
that there wasnt a max speed limit as it is private
anyone clarify this for me

I use the M6 toll quite a lot when ferrying my lad up and back to Manchester Uni from London.
It is like driving on a velvet carpet and very easy to exceed the speed limit.
I was advised by a Brummie mate that there is an unmarked dark blue Carrera 4 that patrols it.

a lad at my local garage got cought speeding on the m6 toll last week, 115mph , bye bye licence
