i keep gettiing a login box for metserve

no correct me if im wrong but is this a scarface issue?

its annoying, anyone else getting it, or just me?

Thom, I should have mentioned, but didn't realise it may cause users inconvenience.

I'm currently upgrading my server.

Yep, I was getting it as well. I ran a spyware and virus check first which revealed nothing so I've got rid of it using a popup stopper (NoAds).

No problem. It's just that I didn't know that Metserve was anything to do with LOC so just to be on the safe side I ran the checks.

just give us all your log-in details
that will make it easier

you need to disable hotlink protection from your httpd.conf or .htaccess if you have it.

Don't have one ............ that domain is hosted in a Windows 2003 server ......

Is it your server or are you using a hosting company mate?

I've not had it and been through quite a few of your previous posts with links on. I assume it's particular ones in certain folders?

Is the IUSR account set ok for the folders? You're not using challenge response only on the problem folders are you?

It would appear, that on the transfer of [url="http://www.metserve.com"]http://www.metserve.com[/url]

Some of the files transferred with errors, and were only showing up as being 0KB.

This had a knock on effect to LOC, as a lot of the images here (including my old banner) are linked from [url="http://www.metserve.com"]http://www.metserve.com[/url] .

I'm fixing this now, if anyone is still experiencing this problem, please say so here ... so I can identify what file has the error !
