Lexus Milton Keynes. there is no Lexus dealer in Milton Keynes and has not been for over 4 months. The old C.D Bramall Toyota/Lexus Site is now Stephen Eagell Toyota only. The new Lexus Milton Keynes will open next year as soon as the new site becomes available and it will be stand alone Lexus.
Also Lexus Warrington/Doncaster and Derby are no longer official Lexus dealers, but are trying obviously like Milton Keynes to hold on to service revenue. They cannot carry out warranty work, and can't order parts direct, so realistically their level of service , interest and ability is only going to annoy members who continue to use them. There are a number of official Lexus Dealers who have invested heavily in new centres, and will be there long term to look after people who drive Lexus. The people who are no longer official dealers are out , not to help with diagnostic/warranty or goodwill claims,and are not supported by LEXUS GB

Bristos in Ipswich no longer hold the Lexus franchise.
They do however remain as a Toyota dealer.

The new Lexus Ipswich is at Ransomes Europark.
( Nacton turn off A14 - amongst various car showrooms ).
The franchise is now run by Hadleigh Carport.

The dealership in Derby is where I get my parts from, they have said that they are no longer Lexus, they will still order the parts required.Most of the time the parts need to be shipped in from Japan but I do wait the 10 day period required because so far they have always got the part correct.

Thtas probably because they still have authorised Toyota dealership.... if shipping from japan that would be easy.
