can anyone tell me if the oil in the diff for an IS200 sport model (lsd fitted as std) is the same as the oil in a IS200 without a lsd fitted, also is the gearbox oil the
same type as the diff oil , if so what spec/type is best used ie (synthetic gl 4/5) ?

75/90 for gbox, 85/90 for both diffs.

Excuse my ignorance is there a dif on the SE? I know that it hasnt got an LSD.

Was planning on a fluid overhaul

Engine Oil
Gearbox Oil
Brake Fluid
Dif ?

Of course it has a differential, a standard one. Just not Torsen Limited Slip.
