How long have your tyres lasted?

My original Michelin Pilot Sports lasted 22,000 miles, which were very good, but expensive and noisy. I replaced them with Toyo's, which are very grippy, slightly less noisy and were cheaper at £98 each. However, I don't think i'll get more than 15-17,000 miles from them.

What do you recommend?

Yes they are the proxes t1-s. They presently have 11,000 miles on them. It is hard to judge how long they will last.

I got 25K out of my Bridgstone RE040's before replacing them with Toyo T1-S Proxes. They cost £102 a corner inc fitting.

The only thing missing from the Toyo's that I liked on the RE40's was a alloy protector ridge/rim.

Has any-one tried rotating the wheels to even out the wear? My Dunlop SP9000s' are coming up to 5K, but as they are dirction sensitive, you can only swap front to back, and not rotate the lot.

i swapped them over and i must admit, i did feel a difference in the handling of the car, the dunlops i find are very noisy, but quite grippy but recently the car has been a bit squirmish, but there is plenty of life left on them so ill see what happens, Toyo's will cost me £98 ea so not too bad at all.
