Not all the US settings are available for UK vehicles. Lexus GB won't allow me to publish the UK settings so you need to ask your dealer (who probably won't know) or Lexus customer services.

Always wondered if these sort of settings could be changed/set.
Has anyone actually ever been asked by their dealer when they got their car what settings they'd like
I remember looking at something similar to this - just for engine diagnostics really via the ODB2 connector, but gave up in the end...

dang - there are not documentaiton of switching off the annoyign no seat belt sign, or the I agree on the gps unit or the DVD enable function...
