I called in on 12/14 for an appointment on 12/15 at night. I had ask for a 05 rx330 brand new and they stated they had many in stock. So then I drove 45mins to lexus and was suppose to talk to MARK.( sales manager ). When I got there I ask for mark, another guy appears ( bob ) no idea why he came out. But then since I was at lexus already why not just talk to anyone. Then he tells me they cleared out 2 months ago!! I was very upset and angry with them. So then he tells me he'll give me a great deal on the 06 rx330. I said ok. How much?? He said $44983. for the car with nav + xenon lights. Not fully loaded, but almost there. It was the premiunm package. However my friend just got it 8 months ago for the 05 and his bill came up to $42153. That's a $2000. difference. Next I told him my friend got a really good price before from here. He said NO WAY. We can afford to not make money, but not lose money. He told me the final price is $44750. out of the shop. I brought my parents to look at the RX330. We were standing on the floor the whole time when we were there. No seats, no details of of what the car comes with, no respect. It really pisses me off, ( BOB ) quoted you can buy the RX400H but that will cost alot more but I will not give you a discount on that model. Anyways my point is anybody out there that has the number to LEXUS so I can call and complain. Oh yeah, It was rallye of lexus.
