Went up to see Tony recently to try and get my front geometry sorted.
Although Tony was unable to do a perfect job due to some seized suspension parts still on my Mk1 GS, the adjustments that we did make are noticable.

Yes Tony, steering is a little more responsive and precise. It does not wander quite as much as it appeared to before. Not quite on rails yet when cornering but we are getting there.

I don't know if it is me or the 10" rear wheels but the rear end is less 'twitchy' on roundabouts and coming out of sharp bends.

No creaking or knocking from the front end yet Tony!.

Excellent news biggrin.gif ..... we were > . < close to finalizing the geometry this time.... but Alla's a seized 'George' denied the end result... new year holds hope... if not then wave bye bye to £400 for a new wishbone cry.gif

Yep Tony definitely is a very nice chappy who knows his stuff!! Still need to get new front tires sorted out by him as soon as the current ones wear out!

Hope you don't have to buy a new wishbone Keith sad.gif.

Oh thanks... i like being a 'nice chappy' blush.gif .... and the best bit is, it's....'just little' old me...

The situation with Keith's car is not final as you read but nor is the outcome...... we will try and finalise the geo in the new year.. if still the bush is seized then £sssss it will be.
