Now on my third car from Lexus Edinburgh, and for the record wanted to highlight the superb service I've received on every occasion.

My most recent car purchase was a non-Lexus (Used BMW X5), but service and all dealings have been second to none despite my lack of brand loyalty this time round !!! I've had one or two faults with the used car , but Lexus Edinburgh have stepped in and ensured these have been fully resolved to my satisfaction, where I suspect other dealers would likely have been far less supportive. John in Servicing in particular has been great in helping ensure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction, and is a credit to the Edinburgh team.

I've no hesitation in recommending this dealer to friends and family, and Ian, John and Simon's professionalism in running this dealership will ensure I return again for future vehicles (and likely a Lexus next time round).
