NE 1 lower the suspension more than 40mm?
'kg/mm' (japanese make)suspension maker sell lower springs for Altezza: lower on front 50mm & rear 45mm.
if so do u change shocks as well? i was told is advisable use shorten shocks if lower than 40mm

If your going to drop it and change the shocks why not just go straight for coilovers? You can alter the ride height and damper settings at your leisure!
