Bro...... maybe I should get my local mosques to tune into Sky News and the Islam Channel??

The mosques all just decide amongst themselves. Its so annoying, half of my mates are celebrating today and half tommorow. In this moden day and age its rediculous. Its not like they are looking to see the moon (lets not get into that either....)

Btw...isn't Eid-ul-Adha a 5 day celebration and Eid-ul-Fitr 3 days?
Ahmet
Eid Mubarak ..... mines today ! :D
baby_lexus

Well - not that I want to go into this, but it is dependent on the moon. If your Eid-ul-Fitr was on a different day, then that would dictate the start of the month of Zilhajj and therefore have an impact on this Eid.

But - as you say - let's not get into this!!! :D
