You may have noticed that the Ligangfit application has been upgraded.

The application will now be at version NT_0.1.5 (2814)

The changes are relatively minor, you will notice smaller work units, and longer processing times.

I am receiving work units of only 40 ligands, as opposed to 300, and on my 1gig laptop, these are taking around 20 hours to complete.

This is perfectly OK - please do not worry about your machine suddenly taking longer to finish a work unit.
