My LS 430 was due it's first 10k service so I contacted Lexus Oxford who promptly picked it up at 7.30 this morning, leaving me with a brand new RX 300 courtesy car.
Lo and behold just after 12 noon they bring my LS back, fully serviced and cleaned inside and out. Completely hassle-free service from the service centre guys yet again - they get a big thumbs-up from me.
