Hi!
I am new to this board and think you guys are great. I have not found any other boards like this on the net.
I am purchasing an LS430 this week, and am really having a hard time deciding on the best suspension option. My dealer has no Ultra Luxury cars in stock, so I have no idea how good the Air suspension REALLY is. Does anyone have an opinion on this. Is the air suspension so much better than the NOrmal or Euro that I should throw an extra $11k in for the Ultra Pkg?
Please Help!

In the U.K everybody want's luxury cars to be fully equipped, particularly when they are being sold second hand. The lower spec car is far harder to sell (now available special order only)

Thank you Nick. I will likely go with Ultra then. But it does still leave the question, "Is the air suspension much better than the regular or Euro, or is it only marginally better"?

The switchable function is great, and it's ability to lower at speed, and firm up under load would definently get my vote for the Air set up

sure its gr8, but i have a brand new LS430 without the air suspension and i have to say that the car runs so smooth and perfectly without it that i dont know if its for the extra money, especially if its just for the suspension, but if u want all the rear controls and massaging seats, go for it

This is my 4th LS...the only 430 though.
I have noticed a BIG difference with the latest air Suspension.
Especially when hacking around bends on windy roads, also the predictability around fast corners.
The ability to pump it up, hasn't been such a big deal for me, but the sport setting is definately an advantage.
Also this is the only car in the Lexus range that I have driven that does not scrub out the tyre edges with repeat tight turns.
