well now i'm back in the midlands it was time to check out a new dealer and lexus leicester is the closest. so about 2 weeks ago i booked the car in for it's mot. since i've had the car (3 yrs) it's passed every mot no problem. lexus leicester were very good on the phone and gave me and the missus passes to green's health club next door. so went for a nice swim, sauna and jacuzzi, got back to lexus - car has failed its mot due to the wash wipers not being connected (something lex stockport had failed to fix last year when repairing my car). anyway got that sorted so time for the free retest - another free pass to green's for me and the missus. unfortunately the car failed again, this time i have a seized caliper. so i get a set of calipers off pete jenkin and replace the main part of the caliper. book in for 2nd free retest, another free pass for me and the missus to go to greens, 3rd in 2 weeks car fails again! still got a seized caliper! it was one of the pins on the bit that holds the brake pads in place that had seized as well. so off home i go and replace the other bit of the caliper and book the car in for it's 4th mot of the year and hurrah it passes!!! just me that went the last time and i could have had another greens pass but decided to have a good talk with a salesman about a new car and ended up having a good look round the showroom and prep area. all the staff here are incredibly polite and seem to be genuinely good people.

what a change from lexus stockport, i never realised lexus could actually look after you and live up to their reputation until i went to lexus leicester!

so thanks for the free use of greens health club and well done lexus leicester! 4 dealership visits in 15 days, i will have withdrawal symptoms if i dont go back again soon!

Sounds like you had a cushy arrangement if you ask me !! Leicester have always been pretty good with me two. Nice people down their!
