My IS200 had its 50000 mile service and MOT at Lexus Southampton yesterday and I just wanted to say their service was excellent (and like a good boy I've submitted a review too!)

I was able to book by email at the start of the month, and when I was arrived I was given a shiny new black IS250SE-L with a full tank of petrol and no pressure to be back soon (the car was very nice - it had only 80 miles on the clock when I picked it up, and 160 when I took it back )

Despite the fact they're currently working from portakabins while the old Toyota garage is refurbished, and the Lexus garage is moving to Hedge End (the sales bit has already moved) - Julie and friends in the service department were friendly, helpful and efficient. Prices are good too.

I've now had 4 out of 5 services done at Southampton, and look forward to going to their posh new dealership next year

funny how i had a bad experience there when i bought my RX, still not fixed it and its now december, bought it in april! my review never appeared, modded i suppose.
