can someone please tell me the recommended time to change the timing belt on a aristo.

It's very 63,000 miles on a GS - prolly the same I should think

am due a timing belt change, has anyone done theirs yet. i think i will need a platinum spark plug change as well. does anyone know how much this will cost. (62000 miles).

i understand it will cost something over £800, is this right.

Yep - sounds about right

The GS uses Iridium plugs - and they're expensive too!

just got my cambelt changed with the plugs and service at lexus oxford. it worked out much cheaper than i expected. i was very pleased with the service advicer DARREN he sorted a IS200 for me whilst mines was being serviced.
