I have just been to Lexus at coldhams lane,Cambridge to purchase some instument panel lights.
While there I told them my airbag light won`t go out, they asked for my keys and took my car to the workshop and checked for codes on it. when they came back they said no faults where present and they reset it foc.
Its may only be a small jesture on there behave but I was well pleased,things like this are great for customer relations.

lexus carlisle parts dept are crap,endlless trying to get them to call you back,

when i try to log onto gold it takes ages,i think i get on after about 20 attempts,does my bonce in

this will be fixed soon.. and hopeully upgraded so its easier to log into

Great friendly informative service from SIMON at Lexus Edinburgh. Purchased an IS200 Sport from him today - really chuffed with the deal I got, including part-exchanging my old IS Sport. He worked very hard to get my business and is a credit to the dealership, sorting out some problems for me with no complaints at all.

Well done Simon for being genuine from start to finish. You were enthusiastic, helpful, honest and very professional. What more could a customer want.
