I was looking for it the other day Martin
and found it missing................or should that be, couldn't find it 
It's been a long hard day to day
It should be on my other computer, which is currently buried as I've been moving stuff around to paint the radiators (too tight to buy new, living room one is 300mm x 2400mm and would cost me 200 quid!). Give them 24 hours to dry if it's on my PC I'll PM it to you.

Didn't get a price out of Exeter. Poole's one of the cheapest of the lot, though - only undercut by Aberdeen, Glasgow and Hanley (Chris Shipley has posted a full price list for Hanley).
