I ordered a new IS220d Sport a couple of weeks ago, and it arrives on 13th May.

When I negotiated the deal he offered a figure of £10250 for my car as part ex, and a price of £25250 for the Lex. I have this in writing.

If I now sell my car privately (for more money), will he have to stick to the £25250 he quoted me for the car?

Id very much doubt they'd honour the deal. They work on margins across both cars and aim to make on the both of them. Ring and ask them.
