Hey there dudes, am about to order me rims on Monday. Their stats say 18x7.5, 5x114.3 with an offset of 45 with Hankook Kingstars on em @ 225/40/18.

Has anyone got these on a IS? Do you guys think there might be a caliper clearance problem?

A geezer @ motorworld offered me Eibachs with a 40mm drop for £190 incl VAT. Can you get em with a 40mm drop? and will these 18's rub on em?

Any recommendations for a good garage to fit my Eibachs in the Midlands? (Near Cov, Brum etc..?) Bare Questions but all help is much appreciated. Cheers

they should fit but may stick out a little.......i think blush.gif biggrin.gif

the fit should be fine, would only stick out if it was a 35 offset.

i have a 42 offset and they are sweet as a nut

Hankook Kingstars on em @ 225/40/18.

Worth spending a bit more money on some decent rubber

If you don't mind travelling a bit further, try UPAuto in Cotgrave, south of Nottm

Thanx alot Mr Morse for the advice. I've been quoted at another place £96 to have the springs fitting and £167 for the fitting and geo alignment together. You think thats a good price?
Mr Morse
£96 is a good price for the springs fitted but a correct 4-wheel alighment shouldn't be more than £40 unless you need some major adjustments.
