Hi i would just like to congratulate Lexus Hull on their service when i bought my new IS, Mark the salesman could not do enough for me, Including offering a RX on loan when i complained i couldn't carry as much in the IS as i could in my old Picasso. I would recomend them to anyone.

I'll second that recommendation fella.
Bought my Sportcross from them last year and they couldn't do enough for me too.
Chris even picked me up from the station when I got the train to Hull to pick it up.
Then he went off and bought the Tax Disc, got all problems sorted before I drove away.
He then rang me after I'd left and said he had a bouquet of flowers for the wife!!

Yeah, but try getting anything out of the service department.
It's not in their interest to keep cars running forever. They want to sell you new cars all the time.

Looked at an IS last week the salesman Terry was very helpful and polite, was straight out on a test drive, lovely car, he brought it round next day to show the wife couldnt help enough, when it came to numbers they would nt do a deal best they would do was £250 of a car priced £11995 after i looked around on the internet found the car to be the most expensive in the country and bought the same model from Teeside which is 90miles away!! Anyway Terry's boss was to blame and they lost a customer and a sale, i also rang sheffield as they had two cars and instantly knocked £500 of price over the phone when i mentioned i had no p/x and wa paying cash on the nail the sales woman Karen was very helpful.

Hi
Always had first class service from Hull, they all seem very helpful even with silly little requests.... went in last week with a "a/c filter needs changing" warning on the dash and they could have sold me a filter no bother, but they didn't the parts man reset the warning and said it only needed doing next service....
