What do i need to do to get a new card, mine was stolen some 4 weeks ago and i contacted Steve, he promised to send new one, never received and no response to my PM to chase, my motor is booked for service next week and i need the discount, how do i get this without a card.

If you make a note of the address, the dealership can check your Gold Status online

Take a note of your Membershipe Number to make tracking your name easier for the Dealership when they check.

This is the second time now.
