please read this thread if you're considering booking your car into Nottingham Lexus for any servicing work.

in my opinion, it's either - a lesson in how to make a 25% discount (given due to previous poor service) worthless OR just how much will a Lexus owner pay for servicing work, without shopping around...

good idea , but they're probably already aware as i've mentioned feedback on LOC within the past couple of days anyway & this was to both the Centre Manager & Service Manager - i don't do things by halves ya know

i've had my replies about all my other queries but absolutely NOTHING has been said by them as to why their current charges are so high for this service compared to other centres in the area. Also compared to my previous FULL service with them last year that was £335.85...when they're quoting £324.08 for the INTERMEDIATE service due now

never mind eh?, i said to the Centre Manager - if other owners are prepared to pay their current prices that's all they're bothered about & it's not really my concern now ...
