vehicle hub size..............................2.365/60.06mm
known vehicle fitments for hub size are

A really good tyre centre will be able to supply these - have you tried Micheldever in Wiltshire?
In London, know that a Elite in Rainham can also do the same, but as I'm about to take legal action against them for wrecking a TEIN camber plate, I'm loath to promote them, but if you're really stuck....
