Warning to others!!!!

Japanese Imports(UK) Ltd......

They are based in Southend (Leigh-on-sea) Essex.

Bought my freshly imported Rs200 from them....

Two weeks after its apparent m.o.t. I had to make them replace all brake pads, f/r, as Lexus informed me all had just 1mm. lining left.
Also had to have rear shocks changed.... leaking, and the rear bushes.

And guess what, their mot's are carried out at their mates test centre, just across the road.

Have since reported the test centre to the DVLA, but unfornately did not do it quick enough to get them bollocked.

Car was apparently serviced when they received it from VOSA, but have since had to change oil, gearbox oil, steering fluid, as all were black treacle, and air, oil, pollen, and gearbox filters.

Hope this helps prevent others from making same mistake as myself. These people are untrustworthy. Be warned. censored.gif

I got a RX300 from them, I had to rebuild the engine, it costed me 1000s.

Be warned......

Don't go any where near them.

Fortunately there are some excellent import agents around, I bought my mint 1996 MR2 Rev4 Tubby though NVI (Northampton Vehicle Imports). Excellent communications and the car was exactly as described! biggrin.gif
