Service Report.

I Purchased my is200 Sport Two weeks ago & love the car.
The car just turned over to 20'000 miles so I booked the car in with Lexus Stockport / Mcr.

While booking the car in, Lexus quoted me £130.00 for the service which I thought to be a great price. I droped off the car on tues am
(2/01/03) with the serivce manager ([u]Neil Tideswell[/u]).
on collection of the car Neil took me through what had been carried out
on the lex & that everything was fine.
He then mentioned I was under quoted & the service should have been £220.00. But with Serivce with a smile Neil handed me the keys and wished me a good day with no mention of handing him the extra £.

Also I did'nt have the Lex leather keyring, so without delay Neil got one for me & there was no mention of fuleing the loan car i had.

I recommend Lex Stockport to anyone in Manchester as there customer service is Five Star ***** .

yes neil is a good bloke he gave me lex badges for boys car and will be having a look at my dodgy spare tyre next wk
