HELP,

On my 98 GS300, my speedo just died, the steering is very heavy and I cant change out of P without using the over-ride.
Also the brake & ABS lights are on, the elec windows are all dead and the cruise control works. (so its not a speed sensor)

Does anybody have any ideas? Would it be a fuse/relay blown ? Anybody have a schematic?
