Put the car into Lexus MK to check out excessive road noise. They spent all day on it, swapping the wheels with another car and then refitting mine diagonally, reducing the noise to an acceptable level. They found nothing wrong mechanically, buy blame the Yokohamas which I will switch next time. There was no charge of course but here's the best bit, they "slapped on a new set of alloys because they were showing a bit of corrosion..........!"

Try that in a Merc garage!

At the end of the day, they will get paid from Lexus HQ/GB anyway for warranty work.

shows how good lexus HQ/GB are then. if the dealer knows it will be no hassel to swap them and claim the money. I work for orange and if I did that with phones I'd be shown the door to the local job centre!
