to give praise where praise is due

ordered some braided hose from merlin motorsports, unbelievably it turned up the next day
sadly i had ordered the wrong type
gave the company a quick ring, explained that the hose didnt fit,
without hesitation the salesman asked a few questions and agreed that i needed a different type to fit the fittings i have, he then told me the type i needed, without hesitation he said that he would put the correct size in the post, first class so i would have it before the weekend, he then said to just send the other hose back and they will adjust the price accordingly, this is on an item that is cut to order !

in this day and age i find that type of service a rare thing
so i can highly recommend them for immpecable service

they are located at castle combe racetrack, and have been for over 18 years

They are always open on the action days up at Combe so they can get you back on track if something they stock breaks on your car.
