newbie with only about a month of happy Lexus ownership under my belt...but now I have a strange noise coming from under the bonnet - drivers side near the front lights, it's not very loud, doesn't sound like a solenoid but a kind of low frequency beeping. Only happens when the car is parked up and it goes away so as the ignition is switched on !!

Lots of knowledge on here, any suggestions?

SORTED - it's the alarm siren unit which is housed over the drivers side wheel arch and it is damp. The nice guys at Lexus Stockport disconnected the alarm siren and have ordered a new part for me.
