Hey i'm new onto thi site so sorry if this type of thing has come up before

I bought my Altezza (picture below) last august and i was gonna give it a quick oil & filter change, plus i was thinking of gettin new plugs for her eswell, already got the filters and i bought Valvoine 5W40 high performance engine oil, my question is this the right type?? Also where can i get spark plugs cheap was told i cud be payin €20 a plug in the local motor factors,

Get Denso Iridium IK20, I put in fully synthetic duchams recently and it seems to work quite well...

That's what I'm using (VR1 10w-60) and get my plugs (IK20) from the same guy. Have used Castrol Edge 0W-040 before and that was OK so don't worry about what you got in.
