Headlights are dimming when car is idling. Also there is a metallic sound when I start the car as if there is something wrong with the starting motor.
Any ideas?

starter noise is pretty normal.
change the battery

Battery was changed . Alternator maybe??

possibly, did you change for the same size Jap battery or go for the larger euro spec battery
