Greetings,

Today I tried to swap from auto to manual on the stick and I got the message on the dash

"Range" and a flashing "M"

Has anybody seen this before??

All help appreciated, got a feeling this might be an expensive one....

Did you let her warm up properly before trying to switch to manual ?

That's what it does mate that says you are in manual with all gears available. Use the buttons to change down and the M will show the range selected e.g. 4, 3 or 2

Sorry to dig this dead horse out, but I got the same problem.
Just wondering if anyone know what this is about.

Check engine light comes on. Once you put the car in park, shut the car off and restart the car, everything is fine again.

Engine is warm, and there is no pattern of it happening. Sometime it does, sometime it doesn't.

Any help please.
