What's on?

For the last two years at the Peterborough Showground Toyota GB have kindly let Toyota Owners Club members have use of the hospitality suite trailer along with the excellent formula one simulator. In Previous years Lexus Owners Club has had the Lexus hospitality Trailer

This year Toyota GB will be bringing the excellent hospitality trailer Toyota GB are bringing along the F1 Simulator on the stand we might have room for a few of your vehicles (kidding We have plenty of room for member's cars).

As the title suggests we are also having a combined stand with Toyota Owners Club. These meetings have been very successful in the past and I hope will pave the way for even more joint ventures.

The programme of events is:

SUNDAY 22nd TROPHY & CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION

The show has a fantastic selection of events to keep us entertained throughout the whole weekend and we have some of our own lined up




THERE IS NO CLUBSTAND FEE.
Entrance This year is NOW £15 each for a FULL weekends camping

Tug of War Once again teams of 8 vying for the coveted TOW trophy

Radio Controlled Drifting sadly there is no room for the big boys this year so we have the next best thing

Robot Wars JAE Style In addition to all the metal mayhem you'd normally expect there will inter-club competitions. Each robot will be assigned a manufacturer and the more times you win the more points you score for Honda, Toyota, Mazda etc

Demo's by Russ Swift who's recent TV appearances in this country include teaching grannies to do do-nuts on Top Gear, and the do-nut world record. Russ holds three Guinness world records:- Parallel parking in the tightest space, J Turn in the tightest space and the fastest do-nuts. He is amazing to watch (& I think I'm safe in saying totally insane too)

And if any of you are feeling totally crazy....there is an organised jog (yes I said JOG ) at 8-8.30 am on Sunday morning

here mat quick question for you , my dad has got a avensis 2.0 cdx bloody good nick aswell, would it be possible for me to bring his car down aswell as the gs300 (it dont get a run any more with him not being able to drive (medical reasons)) only done 20k in the last 5 years so could i park that up with the toc and the lex with the loc, or would i have to pay extra?
