hi trd328,

the lexus mechanic (oso the lexus dealer) said that they do not have ECU wiring diagram becos all fault checking will be through a computer tester system. hence, they don't need the ECU diagram. I was told to check with Toyota Japan for the ECU wiring diagram which is in the service manual !

I can ask around for the diagrams.
But im sure your lexus dealer should have the wiring diagrams. Not everything can be solved by computer.

well, i got the feeling that the dealer is reluctant to give away the diagram to end users and that's the reason for cooking up the BULL SH*T of 'everything use computer'...

To Borneo Motors, this is a trade secret. Maybe you can purchase a copy of the IS200 repair manual both mechanical & electrical from Lexus Australia.
