Hi all

i have a problem and i hope some on eout there can solve it for me, i ordered a product from usa 2 weeks ago and haven't yet received the seller as adviced me to contact my local custom office or my post office quoting my tracking number..

any suggestions or past/present experiences to ellaborate on

My wife orded some contact lenses from usa thinking she would save roughley £30 a month only to find customs had opened package and sent us a letter demanding we pay the duty on them .This came to nearley £30 defeating the object of buying them from usa .However we refused to pay the duty and contacted company in usa who refunded us in full only to receice package a month later from customs with out paying duty .So i would phone customs to see if it has been seized by the money grabbing gits.

When I've ordered things from the US before it seems that once customs get involves it gets delayed a couple of weeks. Probably the best thing is to wait at least another week.
