Do you already have a web site?
Are you looking for web site hosting (if so - have a word with Steve and check in the non auto discounts).
Or do you have a website and looking for an easy way to upload files to it?

i dont have a web site but have an allocated web site space, with aol, i have tried to do this before but gave up as it was a pain in the *****. i am looking for a free hosting as the vids will only be on there for a week or so i suppose.

I get 50mb of free space with NTL and it does everything I need, and I can host pics, files anything I want. AOL should be the same.
There are quite a lot of companies offering free webspace, but most insist you use their dialup to be able to upload the files.

I would suggest port5 (www.port5.com) You can get a subdomain hosting account, either yourname.port5.com, or yourname.8bit.co.uk . You will need FTP, or a web based FTP client to upload your files though, do you know how to FTP?
