Absolutely dreadful!! excl.gif

They had the car 3 days and didn't resolve anything. Charged me £600 to change shock absorbers that I'm not even sure needed changing. They were trying to resolve knocking on the steering- but not only did this not resolve it, in fact the situation worsened because they haven't fitted the shocks properly!

They were supposed to tackle the mpg problem but forgot to, and never did a damn thing about it. censored.gif

I now have to go back on Tues again for them to look at the shocks knocking!

Person I dealt with was argumentative, aggressive and rude.

Take it from me- stay a million miles away!!!!

In the future I'm going to travel further afield in the pursuit of decent service.

If they haven't fixed the problem and you hadn't authorised the work then they shouldn't charge you.

I concurr. I'm writing to the dealership manager in pursuit of a full refund.

I'd suggest you also copy Lexus GB in on the letter. That might encourage your Dealer to be a bit more responsive wink.gif
