just recently my ls400 97 has developed a miss on one of the cylinders and am wondering if this could be down to plugs have only had the car 6month and a service is due shortly. or could it be something else any ideas on what to check ? thanks.

misfires i have had have either been due to spark plugs, ht lead/coil pack.
take out the spark plugs and check the condition of them.

Hi,
Don't leave it for too long as misfires can damage the catalytic convertor due to unburnt fuel going into it ( expensive!)
