I got all of my docs through from the DVLA today Tax discs etc... so I could finally get my cherised plates made!! I had decided from the beginning to get them made at Lexus.
So once I finally found the place I pulled up and thought what a lovely place this is to be, a mainly rounded glass building it was amazing. Then I walked in and looked around at all the shiny cars and had to actually think "Am I in a car showroom" it did look so welcoming and homely. A lovely friendly woman on the front desk called Margaret said good afternoon how can I help etc... She then offered me & my sons drinks which was very nice. After looking round the cars for about a mintue a man came out from Parts and asked exactly what we wanted doing, all dressed smartly in a suite, well all of the staff were.
I then took him outside to show him the wiper blade rubber that needed replacing and showed him the alloy which I thought was corroding, The wiper blade rubber they replaced for £5 and the alloy wheel he confirmed was corroding, gave me prices but still said that it is possible to get the alloy refurbished for £60/£70 which I found very decent of him as some garages I have dealt with I don't think would have said this. Then whilst waiting for the plates to be made I continued to look around the cars and then sat down to watch tv, and Margaret asked if I wanted to change the channel and I said yes if thats ok, then I was just handed the remote and left to my hearts content to watch what I wanted.
Overall I found it a very, very pleasant experience such friendly staff such a lovely welcoming place to be. I c na highly recommend Lexus Tunbridge Wells....ok I admit I haven't dealt with them for something like a service but I am sure they will still but the same great down to earth friendly helpful people. I also got a lovely Lexus tax disc holder which beats the horrible SMC Mitshibushi once I had.
I will look forward to dealing with Lexus Tunbridge Wells again.
