are the ecu's for the mk4 supra the same as the mk1 aristo ??

i need a pin out for my mk1 aristo and all i can find is 2jz pin outs for mk4 supras

and if they are the same... are the jdm 2jz ecu's the same as the usdm 2jz's? (i don't see why they wouldn't.. except isn't the jdm running map?, and have no egr)

so in short anyone got a pin out of a mk1 aristo? and if not do you know if the mk4 supra 2jz ecu is the same??

USDM Ecu pin outs are different to the JDM pinouts - best thing to do would be to ask someone on www.supraforums.com as I'm certain there was a thread not long ago with the information you needed...although the Search function is down.

You should be able to wire in the Emanage using the MK4 JDM Supras pinouts, as the engine management pins are the same between the JDM Supra and MK1 Aristo, it's when it comes to the trac/gearbox and aircon control it differs.

The JDM Supra ECU will run and drive an Aristo, I know, I've done it. But you loose the trac, ECT and aircon, also will throw the O/D light on.

There has been reported problems with the Emanage and the early MK1 Aristo ECU's though.

As in it wouldn't work properly. You're registered on the aristo site I believe, get in contact with Robert, as he was the one that had it fitted, has now moved to AEM ECU as they couldn't get it working correctly
