friend of mine who bought my beloved lexus now has to sell and get a cheap new deisel for work
he is not that savy when it comes to dealers and just wrang me chuffed he had a deal on a new seat
dealer ofered him £6500 then full wack for the new one
i told him it sounded crap
what you think?

seems like not a bad price..gotta take into account dealers will *mostly* always offer less than private

The price on the p/ex seems fair, but he should definitely haggle for a discount on the Seat - as it stands that deal doesn't seem good enough.......

always worth trying for more,dealers always offer less to start with.

been offered £7000 by a dealer so have advised him to sell
